Terms

Please note

  1. All requests for editing may be sent by mail. Please include name, mobile number, email, address, full manuscript title, author(s), package required, other requirements (if any), and payment details.
  2. Work begins after receiving 50% of the full amount, which is adjusted against the total. The advance is non-refundable, even if the manuscript is withdrawn.
  3. A full receipt will be mailed on completion of payment after completion of the first edit.
  4. Please exclude bibliography when calculating word count — bibliography formatting is not undertaken; leave references in the text to maintain continuity. For package F any bibliography prepared and added by the editor shall be included in the total word count for billing purposes
  5. A second edit for minor changes is available for all packages until three months after the first editing is completed. Additions beyond 500 words at any stage, plus extra revisions during or after the stipulated period, are charged at the package word rate.
  6. Packages do not include a third revision, proof-reading after printing, formatting of bibliography and images, or indexing.
  7. The option for the second revision remains available for only 3 months after completion of the full first revision.
